煤泥离心过滤过程的综合助滤机理研究

摘    要:利用实验室小型变频调速离心过滤机进行了煤泥悬浮液脱水试验,研究了连续离心动态过滤过程中的滤饼过滤效应及其影响截留粒度的因素,同时分析了滤饼离心助滤、动态滤饼及变驱动力强化助滤的机理和效果.结果表明:综合滤饼过滤、动态过滤、变驱动力离心过滤等因素对改善细粒煤泥过滤脱水效果具有非常积极的意义。

Abstract:Tests of coal slime dewatering were carried out with a laboratory filtering centrifugal device. The functions of cake filtering in the centrifuge and the factors determining the recovering of ultra-fine powders were studied. The mechanism and effect of centrifugal filtering, dynamic cake, and centrifugal factor gradient were also analyzed. The results show that these factors are significant for improving the centrifugal dewatering of coal slime.
