摘    要:文章提出在生产三唑磷过程中,利用合成关键中间体苯唑醇的酸性废水中和合成三唑磷的碱性废水,外加盐酸或硫酸调节pH至小于3,回收未反应完全的苯唑醇。阐述了该方法的原理和步骤,分析了酸度、时间、温度对回收率的影响。实践表明,利用回收的苯唑醇用于生产三唑磷得到合格产品,减少了污染,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The technology of the reclaim 1-phenyl-3-hydroxyl-1,2,4-triazole from waste water of produced triazophos. The fundamental as well as the detailed procedures of the method was described. The effect of acidity, time and temperature on the rate of reclamation was analyzed. Practical results showed that the 1-phenyl-3-hydroxyl-1,2,4-triazole product was up to standard of reclaimed.
