摘    要:详细介绍了乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯 (简称EGEA)的特殊性能 ,EGEA作为新一代万能溶剂 ,具有极强的溶解能力 ,尤其对聚合物高分子的溶解力更强 ,这决定了其十分广泛的应用领域。同时进一步对EGEA的各种制备方法进行了综合比较 ,给出了以环氧乙烷和乙酸乙酯为原料 ,非均相催化条件下一步合成乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯的新工艺。该工艺采用高活性的固体酸为催化剂 ,反应温度为 5 0~ 10 0℃ ,常压非均相条件下一步合成 ,工艺步骤简单、生产设备投资低、催化剂无污染 ,具有较强的技术优势 ,易于工业化。结果表明 ,非均相催化的环氧乙烷法合成EGEA的产品质量可靠、性能优越 ,具有良好的发展前景

Abstract:In this paper, the particular property of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate is introduced in detail. As a new all-purpose solvent, it has very strong solubility, especially for polymers, which results in very broaden applying fields. We compare comprehensively with the different preparation methods, and a new method has been put forward. That is, under the condition of reaction temperature 50~100 ℃ and the atmosphere pressure, using high-reactive solid acid catalyst, with ethylene oxide and acetate as sources, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate is synthesized in the heterogeneous phase. The new technology has strong technical superiority, such as lower reaction temperature, simpler synthesis processes, and so on. The results show that the product quality is reliable and stable and the technology has good prospect.
