| 摘 要： | 以中国石油克拉玛依石化公司II套常减压蒸馏装置原油为原料，采用氨三乙酸的氨溶液为络合脱钙剂进行脱钙试验。结果表明：该脱钙剂的脱钙条件温和，脱钙效果稳定，对设备腐蚀小。在脱钙剂质量分数50 μg/g、脱钙反应与油水分离温度120 ℃、原油流速2 m/s的条件下，能够将Ⅱ套常减压蒸馏装置原油中的钙质量分数由7.1 μg/g降至3 μg/g以下。

| Abstract: | Ammonium salt of nitrilotriacetic acid was prepared and used as complexing agent for removing calcium of crude oil, using crude of the 2nd distillation unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company as feed. Test results showed that this novel complexing agent exhibited good calcium removal effect under mild operation conditions and with less corrosion to equipment. Using said complexing agent with a mass fraction of 50 μg/g, treating and separating water from oil both at 120 ℃, with a crude flow rate of 2 m/s, the calcium mass fraction of the treated crude oil dropped from 7.1 μg/g to less than 3 μg/g. |
