摘    要:以NH4VO3、LiCl和NiCl2等为起始原料,采用声化学合成方法制备了LiNiVO4纳米晶。研究了超声功率对合成产物的物相、显微结构和合成活化能的影响。结果表明:随超声功率增强,合成的LiNiVO4纳米微晶颗粒纯度提高。粒度降低,当超声功率由100W增加到300W时,其合成活化能由96、2kJ/mol降低到47.7kJ/mol。

Abstract:Nano-crystallites of LiNiVO_4 were prepared by a sonochemical technique by using NH_4VO_3,LiCl and NiCl_2 as source material.The influence of ultrasonic irradiation power on phase,microstructure and synthesis activation energy of LiNiVO_4 nanoparticles was investigated.Results show that with the increase of ultrasonic irradiation power,the purity of nanometer LiNiVO_4 crystallites was improved while the particle size of LiNiVO_4 decreased.The synthesis activation energy of LiNiVO_4 nanoparticles decreased from 96.2 kJ/mol to 47.7 kJ/mol with the ultrasonic irradiation power increased from 100 W to(300 W.)
