| 摘 要： | 针对部队现代化及信息化建设与发展的要求，采用．Net编程和SQL server数据库技术，以B／S模式的三层体系结构，构建部队旅团政治工作管理信息系统的总体结构。系统开发在VS．NET 2003环境下进行。用SQL Server 2000构建数据库，使用ASR.NET结合VB．NET设计Web应用程序，通过ADO．NET实现系统与数据库的连接。实例运行表明，系统工作稳定，使用方便。
