基于高阶累积量的MPSK信号的类内识别

对基于高阶累积量的MPSK调制分类算法进行了研究和分析。在未知载波频率的情况下,通过恒模和延迟复共轭相乘对信号进行预处理,再利用四阶累积量构造了信号的特征识别向量。对预处理使得分类特征对MPSK信号星座图的平移、尺度和相位旋转具有不变性进行了详细的理论证明。重点针对短波信道对该算法中高阶累积量作为分类特征的抗衰落性能进行了讨论分析。通过分析识别短时突发信号的测试数据及短波信道第二径对正确识别率的影响的仿真结果,表明算法具有良好的性能。

Modulation Classification of MPSK Signals Based on High Order Cumulants

The classification algorithm of MPSK signals based on high order cumulants is analyzed and improved.Under the unknown carrier frequency,and through the constant amplitude and delayed complex conjugated multiplication,the precessing of MPSK signal is done,and by the 4th-order cumulant,the feature-recognition vector of the signal is constructed.The detailed theoretical proof is carried out on the constellation translation,scale and the carrier phase rotation invariant resulted from the signal preprocessing.The short-wave channel algorithm for high-order cumulant as classification feature of decline properties is discussed and analyzed.Analysis of the short-term emergency signal recognition test data and simulation result of the influence by shortwave channel diameter on the correct recognition show that the algorithm is feasible and of good performance.
