烟塔合一、无烟气旁路湿法脱硫技术在新建火电机组中的应用研究

摘    要:火电厂湿法烟气脱硫工程取消烟气旁路具有一定的技术风险,是否采用无烟气旁路成为国内电力企业关注的一个问题。本文以国华三河电厂二期工程为例介绍了烟塔合一、无烟气旁路湿法脱硫技术在国内新建火电机组中的首次应用,通过对机组及系统特点进行分析研究,提出了烟塔合一、脱硫无旁路机组点火方式和启停方式,改造了机组的保护逻辑,解决了该技术应用中的关键问题,具备了进一步推广的条件,示范意义重大。

Abstract:Technical risks exist to cancel the bypass gas tunnel in FGD unit of the coal-fired power plant,which results in the problem of adopting the FGD without bypass or not for the electric power companies.The first domestic wet desulfurization system with chimney and cooling tower integrated and without bypass design is applied in Sanhe Power Plant,and the relative experiences are introduced in present paper.The methods of igniting,starting and stop of the unit are put forward and the logic is modified for such ...
