| 摘 要： | 供用电合同的签订和履行是电力经营中一项重要工作。如在供用电合同的签订和履行中不能妥善解决一些实质性的法律问题，将使供电企业面临一系列的法律风险。在有侧重地列举这些风险的同时，从如何解决电力立法滞后于电力市场发展、提高企业全员法律素质、合同、本修订、依法签订和履行供用电合同，重视证据的调查搜集和保存、积极依法开展供用电合同诉讼法律事务等方面，探讨相应法律防范对策，以规范电力经营行为，规避电力市场潜存的法律风险，降低诉讼成本，维护供电企业合法权益。

| Abstract: | Signing and implementing power supply and demand contract is an important work in power marketing. If many substantial legal problems in power supply and demand contracts can't be solved well, it will make industries face many legal risks. As point out these major risks, discuss correspond legal defend strategy on the sides of solving law behind marketing development, improving staff ability, revising and implementing power supply and demand contracts, focusing on evidence research and conservation,etc.. All these will normalize power operation and avoid potential marketing legal risk and defend power industry legal benefits. |
