摘    要:为优化大型复杂薄壁壳体第一道次旋压的工艺参数,基于ABAQUS平台建立了大型锥形件实体单元仿真模型,二次开发实现了实体单元的壁厚和贴模度输出功能,分析了坯料直径及成形区与成形外端相互作用对大型锥形件强旋成形的影响.同时采用正交试验设计安排模拟方案,研究了工艺参数对大型锥形件强旋成形质量的影响规律,得出了较优的工艺参数组...
