混炼工艺对雪地轮胎冠部胎面胶性能的影响

研究混炼工艺对雪地轮胎冠部胎面胶性能的影响.结果表明,改进前的1#混炼方案工艺条件设计不合理,混炼效果不理想,胶料性能较差;通过对密炼机容量、加油温度以及加料顺序等工艺进行改进,改进后的2#混炼方案胶料的硫化特性和物理性能较好,雪地轮胎胎面胶的低温硬度与动态力学性能满足使用要求.
