三向应力状态下的应力─应变曲线及其应用

摘    要:应用弹塑性力学的基本原理,推导了由材料单调拉伸应力─应变(σ-ε)曲线求得三向应力状态下应力-应变(σ1-ε1)曲线的表达式。实验结果验证了理论分析结果的正确性,并用σ1-ε1曲线解释了材料在受三向拉应力时机械性能的变化以及带裂纹构件在裂纹扩展时裂纹前缘形状变化的原因。

Abstract:3D stress - strain relationship , needed in the analysis of fracture criteria and fatigue crack growth, has been obtained in ways other than using uniaxial stress - strain model. Previous researches succeeded in obtaining only 2D stress - strain relationship using uniaxial stress - strain model.We emplayed e1astic - plasto mechanics in addition to uniaxial stress - strain model to obtain 3D stress - strain relationship. Some available test data indicate that uniaxial stress strain model can predict very well 3D stress - strain curves.The 3D stress -strain model, derived from uniaxial stress -strain model with the help of elastic - plasto mechanics, can be used to explain certain phenomena such as: (1) mechanical properties in 3D state are different from those in 2D state, (2) the front line of fatigue crack growth appears as a "nail".
