| 摘 要： | 为解决丙烷脱沥青装置导热油炉热管式空气预热器存在积灰严重、露点腐蚀和快速失效的问题,分析其原因,采用了双面翘片板式空气预热技术的解决方案。改造后,烟气外排温度从179℃降低到138℃,热空气温度从112℃升高到179℃,热效率从85.45%提高到90.74%,多回收烟气余热847.13 kW,每年节能26.69 GJ,节约燃料费用57.3万元。
