| 摘 要： | 研究了产品具有不确定试验数据下指数型产品贮存可靠性的置信下限。基于产品的不确定数据，首先给出指数型产品贮存可靠性的极大似然估计，然后通过把产品各检测时刻的试验数据折合成某一时刻下产品的伪成败型试验数据，给出了产品贮存可靠性的近似置信下限的计算公式，给出了数字例，并对近似方法进行了模拟计算，结果表明效果较好。

| Abstract: | The lower confidence limits of storage reliability for exponential type products were studied. First, this paper gave the maximun likelihood estimation of storage reliability for exponential type products based on uncertainty life data, then gave the formula to calculate the lower confidence limits of storage reliability for exponential type products, where the test data of products was translated into pseudo test data of products at a given time. Several examples and simulation conclusions for approximate method are given, which shows that the method given here is usable. |
