摘    要:研究了粉体的加入对高分子基体流变性能的影响以及用偶联剂对粉体表面改性的效果.牛顿型的PDMS基体中加入粉体后体系的粘度增加且在低剪切区出现假塑性,粉体的加入具有使体系的粘流活化能降低的趋势.偶联剂对粉体表面改性后可增加无机填料与PDMS基体的相容性,从而使体系粘度降低.偶联剂的最佳用量为粉体质量分数的2%.

Abstract:The influence of powdered inorganic filler on the rheological behavior of PDMS matrix and the effect of surface modification by coupling agents were studied. The Newtonian PDMS turned to pseudoplastic at low shear rate region and the activation flow energy of compounding system was smaller than pure PDMS because of addition of filler. The compatibility between surface modified and matrix was enhanced and so the viscosity was reduced. The optimum values of the studied coupling agents are both 2% wt.
