摘    要:通过对道路石油沥青针入度指数(PI)与平均分子量关系的研究,提出了选择原油、提高减压蒸馏分离效果、氧化和原油混合提高道路石油沥青PI的方法,筛选原油得出进口原油2可生产A级产品,氧化试验证明选择合适的氧化条件沙中减渣可制备A级产品,减压蒸馏试验并经工业装置验证得出沙中原油可生产A级产品。

Abstract:The relationship between PI and the average molecular weight about asphalt was stud ied. Based on the results of PI and the average molecular weight research, we put forward the approach to increase PI of high-grade paving asphalt through selecting crude oil, improving vacuum dis tillation separating effect , oxidizing and crude oil blending. The test result of crude oil selecting indi-cates that crude oil 2 to produce grade-A product. The test result of oxidation proves that with appropriate oxidizing process Saudi middle vacuum residue can be used to produce grade-A product. The test of improving vacuum distillation separating effect proves that Saudi middle crude oil can be used to produce gradc-A product, which has been verified in a commercial vacuum distillation unit.
