摘    要:汽轮机长叶片的锻造技术是一种重要的叶片加工技术。为减少叶片锻造加工量,提出了"小余量紧公差锻造工艺"。阐述了四种锻造方法的加工余量及公差、加工工艺及比较;并说明了无锡透平叶片有限公司采用"小余量紧公差锻造工艺"的理由。

Abstract:The forging technique for large blade of turbine is a kind of important machining technique.In order to decrease the machining quantity of blade forging,"the forging technology of little allowance and close tolerance " is put forward.Four kinds of machining allowance,tolerance,technology for forging method and comparison are illuminated,and the reason that Wuxi turbine blade Co.Ltd.uses "The forging technology of little allowance and close tolerance" is indicated.
