摘    要:利用DSC、SEM和FTIR证明了改变反应注射成型(快速反应)聚氨酯弹性体的催化剂用量和活性可以影响微相分离和硬链段的有序程度。聚合反应进度加快,硬链段的热转变温度降低,远程有序程度变差,硬段富集区尺寸较为分散,试样微相分离程度不如聚合速度较慢时高,而提高模具湿度具有与样品热处理相同的效应,能提高硬链段的有序程度,改善微相分离。

Abstract:By DSC, SEM and FTIR, it is identifed that the employment and activity of catalysts for reaction injection molding(fast polymerization) polyurethane elastomers could afiect the extent of microphase separation as well as ordering of hard domains. Accelerating polymerizaion rate decrease the extent of long range ordering of hard domains and microphase separation and increase the dispersibility of dimension of hard domains. The experimental results also show that elevating themold temperature should take the same role as thermal treatment in increasing the extent of ordering of hard domains and improving the microphase separation.
