小鼠不同方式氚中毒的代谢比较

摘    要:比较研究了腹腔单次注入、连续摄饮及其复合方式氚水中毒后小鼠的体水氚结果。对于复合中毒方式,只要饮水氚浓度选择合适,就能使体水氚浓度恒定在所需水平,形成恒定剂量率的照射。连续摄饮方式显示有氚的累积过程。

Abstract:The tritiation results in body fluid of mice after HTO-toxicationby intraperitionally single injection, continuous intake of drink and their combiningpattern are studied comparitively. In the combining pattern, if HTO concentration indrink water is selected properly, either the ~3H-concentration in body fluid or the doserate of ~3H-irradiation keeps constant in a required level, and Accumulative process of~3H in body fluid is shown in continuous intake of drink.
