摘    要:高等学校课程双语教学对培养国际化人才有着重要的作用。沈阳农业大学在食品包装学课程双语教学实践中发现,双语教学存在授课教师双语教学经验欠缺、英文授课能力不高、学生外语水平难以应对双语教学、双语教学方法还有待深入探讨、双语教材的发展滞后等问题。必须提高教师的专业水平与英语表达能力,探究双语教学的方法与手段,加强双语教材建设,为培养合格的国际化专业人才奠定基础。

Abstract:Bilingual teaching plays an important role in cultivating international professionals in higher education. Some problems are located through bilingual teaching practice in the course of food packaging in Shenyang Agricultural University, such as lack of experience in bilingual teaching, limitation in teaching capability, the failure of students' English level meeting the requirements of the bilingual teaching, further study and teaching methods still waiting to be explored and the slow developments in bilingual teaching materials. The countermeasures are suggested as improving teachers' profes- sional standards and English expression ability, exploring bilingual teaching methods and means, strengthening the con- struction of bilingual teaching materials in order to cultivate qualified talents for internationalization.
