| Abstract: | In order to improve the performance of concrete and speed up the constructing progress under low temperature and damp climatic conditions, the most significant result was achieved by adding the early strength water-reduced agent into concrete. This paper describes the technical performance and practical use results of this agent as well as the remarked economic benefits. |
