近距离采空区下松软破碎煤层巷道锚杆锚索支护技术研究

摘    要:在地质力学现场测试和岩石成分分析的基础上,分析了近距离采空区下松软破碎煤层巷道破坏的主要原因和影响因素,指出原有锚杆支护系统预应力偏低、护表构件不合理是造成巷道破坏的主要原因,提出了采用高预应力全长锚固锚杆和锚索支护并加大护表构件的面积和强度的方法进行此类巷道的支护。以红庙煤矿五区5-2S一片工作面回风巷为工程实例,详细介绍了高预应力锚杆锚索支护方案并进行了现场工业性试验。研究结果表明,高预应力锚杆锚索支护系统能够控制此类巷道的强烈变形,支护效果比较理想,为类似条件下巷道支护提供了有效手段。

Abstract:Based on geological and mechanical test on-the-spot and rock ingredient analysis,this paper analyzed main cause of roadway damage and its influence factors.It indicated that low pre-stress and unreasonable surface structure attributed to roadway instability and presented that applying full-length anchored bolt with high pre-stress and anchored rope to supporting roadway and enlarging surface structure area and its strength.A return airway in Hongmiao Colliery was supported with this method.Practical application showed that anchored bolt and rope supporting system with high pre-stress could control strong deformation of roadway.Excellent supporting effect proved that this system might provide effective supporting approach for similar roadways.
