| 摘 要： | 文章简述了国内变电站自动化系统信息交换技术的发展现状,介绍了基于TCP/IP的IEC 60870-5-104传输规约在变电站信息交换中的应用,详细分析了其网络参考模型、帧格式结构和通信过程。结合电力系统实际情况,提出了一种在变电站自动化系统中可行的软件设计方案。最后介绍了104规约在变电站自动化系统中的应用前景,并对存在的问题提出了有益的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper first summarizes the development of information exchange technique in substation automation system in China,introduces the applications of IEC 60870-5-104 transmission protocol in substation information exchange.Then analyzes IEC 60870-5-104 protocol in detail,presents a software design scheme which is available in practice.Finally,introduces the future applications of IEC 60870-5-104 in substation automatic system,and gives some suggestions for solving the existing problems. |
