微机控制纤维缠绕机张力控制的研究

摘    要:在微机控制纤维缠绕机上实现的张力闭环控制系统,是以磁粉制动器作为张力执行元件,计算机给出理论张力值,由数字触发的可控硅勋磁电源转换成相应的励磁电流供给制动器。实际张力值由传感器检测并经A/D转换后送回计算机进行比较、调节,实现了闭环控制。整个系统采用软件PID调节器进行动态校正,提高了控制质量。实验证明,该系统是合理、可行为,对提高缠绕工艺的自动化程度有较大的实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper a closed-loop controlled tension system effected in a microeomputer-controlled filament winding machine is systematically analyzed. In this system a magnetic powder brake is used as an executive element of tension. The ideal tension value given by the microcomputer in the form of pulse is converted into a corresponding amount of field current and then supplied to the brake via the exciting power source of a digit trigger thyrister. The real winding tension is measured by a tension sensor,and,by means of A/D conversion, is fed back to the microcomputer to be compared with the ideal value, and adjusted to realize closed-loop control. The control level of the system is improved through dynamic adjustment with a software PID adjuster. The experimental results show that this system is reasonable and feaslble.It is, therefore,of great practical value to the automatization of winding technology.
