摘    要:采用基于风险的检验(RBI)分析方法,运用ORBIT ONSHORE软件对含硫天然气处理的主要设备和管线进行了失效可能性与失效后果的分析与计算,并给出了主要的运行损伤模式与机理,提出了降低风险的措施,制定了基于RBI分析的优化检验策略。

Abstract:The sour gas processing equipment and piping of the probability of failure and conse- quences were analyzed and calculated by risk based inspection(RBI) technology and ORBIT ON- SHORE software. Major operating damage modes and mechanisms were given, measures to re- duce risks were proposed and inspection strategies for optimization based on RBI analysis.
