| 摘 要： | 脱硫反应器大直径法兰的密封可靠性，是装置长周期运行的重要因素之一。笔者对设计、操作和制造安装中可能影响到法兰密封可靠性的问题进行了分析，并从法兰计算、垫片选择、反应器内构件设计和螺柱紧程序等方面提出了一些优化、改进措施，对解决类似工况的大直径法兰密封失效显示了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | Sealing reliability of large diameter flange of desulfurization reactor is one of the important factors for long-term operation of the unit.This paper analyzes the problems in the process of design,operation,manufacture and installation that may affect the sealing reliability of flange,and proposes some optimization and improvement measures which can be relatively effective for solving similar problems of large-diameter flange sealing failure. |
