摘    要:0Cr18Ni10Ti奥氏体不锈钢一般情况下具有良好的焊接性能,但由于其组织和成分的特殊性使其在某些操作条件下,会在焊接部位产生裂纹。文章分析了0Cr18Ni10Ti奥氏体不锈钢换热器在稳定化热处理后产生裂纹的原因,提出了有针对性的改进措施,为解决0Cr18Ni10Ti奥氏体不锈钢在热处理后出现裂纹的问题提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel usually has good welding performance,but because of its particular structure and component,crack generates in welding area under some working conditions.This paper analyzes the causes for the crack from stabilizing heat treatment in the 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel heat exchanger.It puts forward some pertinent improving measures,which provides reference for solving the crack problem of the 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel caused by heat treatment.
