摘    要:基于最优化原理,提出了一种板式热交换器传热试验数据处理的新方法——最优化法。此方法具有两侧实验工质不受限制、两侧实验点参数设置不受限制、迭代速度快、方便直观、快速简洁的特点,可完全克服等值法(等流速法、等雷诺数法和等质量流量法)试验条件苛刻和传统方法计算效率低的不足。采用最优化法对已有的文献数据进行处理,其结果与等雷诺数法处理结果相比,差值在3.75%~5.25%。

Abstract:A new method based on optimization theory was presented, which is the Optimization Method used for the data reduction of plate heat exchanger performance test. It can completelyovercome all the shortcomings intrinsic to Equal Value Method (Equal Velocity Method, Equal Reynolds Method and Equal Mass Flowrate Method) and traditional method. Examples data re- duction results derive from Optimization Method mostly differ between 5.25 ~ and 3.75 ~ when compared with Equal Reynolds methods. Two-side working fluids and two-side parameter set- tings are no longer a limitation in the test. It is shown that the Optimization Method is character- istic of its fast iteration speed, convenience and conciseness.
