| 摘 要： | 苏里格第一天然气处理厂生活污水处理系统设计规模小,并且由于原设计缺陷,造成调节池内污水无法自流到组合式污水处理装置,只能靠自吸泵根据液位高低间歇性抽吸,对处理装置内壁的微生物膜造成冲刷,影响微生物的合理培养,导致处理后污水机杂、COD达不到国家标准,为了解决以上问题,通过前期调研、对比及筛选,选择GLWSZ-I型一元化生活污水处理装置,该装置采用A/O接触氧化处理工艺技术,经过实际运行情况分析,处理后污水达国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,该工艺技术适用于第一天然气处理厂生活污水处理,可以推广到苏里格气田其他单位。

| Abstract: | Because of the sewage treatment system design in small scale and the original design flaws that cause balance tank cannot flow by itself to sewage treatment plant,only can rely on self-suction pump suction according to level discretion intermittent that affect the product of microorganisms.In order to solve the above problem,through the prophase survey, contrast and screening,GLWSZ-Ⅰtype is to be used.GLWSZ-Ⅰtype device adopts A/O contact oxidation process technology,through actual operation situation analysis,the sewage can up to "integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB8978-1996) level standard after treatment, this technology is applicable to sewage disposal of No.1 Sulige central processing facility, and can be extended to other branch of Sulige. |
