国内现有延迟焦化技术状况及优化的探讨

摘    要:介绍了目前国内延迟焦化工艺技术现状,对比了延迟焦化工艺和目前炼油厂的其它渣油加工工艺的特点和对原料的适应性,提出了近期延迟焦化工艺仍具有不可替代的作用。为了充分发挥现有延迟焦化装置的作用,对现有装置进一步优化和完善,提出了在提高加工劣质渣油能力、提高液体收率、降低能耗、提高安全水平和减少环境污染方面的优化措施。目前原油劣质化,延迟焦化工艺技术对于深度加工劣质原油的减压渣油具有工艺成熟、投资低、对原料适应性强的特点。

Abstract:This paper introduces the status of the delayed coker process technology in china.Comparing to the features of other residue conversion processes and the applicability to feed,delayed coker unit still has no alternative at present.In order to make full use of delayed coker,optimizing measures for improving the ability of processing poor-quality residue,maximizing liquid yield,reducing energy consumption,improving safety and reducing environmental pollution are put forward.Delayed coker technology has features of reliable process,low cost and high adaptability to inferior feedstock.
