来福胶囊对小鼠药物损伤的保护与修复

摘    要:研究不同剂量来福胶囊对环磷酰胺所致的小鼠损伤的保护与修复作用.给小鼠连续灌服来福胶囊45 d后,用环磷酰胺建损伤模型,再连续灌服来福胶囊45 d,然后测定血常规、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA).结果显示低剂量组SOD和GSH值升高,MDA值最低,而高、中剂量组有时会出现相反情况.因此,连续口服低剂量来福胶囊有增强机体的抗氧化作用,对化疗药引起的损伤有一定修复作用.

Abstract:To study protection and rehabilitation of Life Capsule on medication trauma in mice,trauma model in mice was made by Cyclophosphamide (i.p.) after administering (p.o.) Life Capsule for 45 days.Then Life Capsule was continuously administered for 45 days.Lastly Blood routine,Superoxide Dismutase (SOD),Glutathione Reduced (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined.The results showed that the levels of SOD and GSH were increased and level of MDA was the lowest in low dosage group,but reverse results appeared sometimes in high and medium groups.Thus antioxidation in organism was improved by administering (p.o.) low dosage life capsule continuously for long time and Life Capsule can protect and rehabilitate medication trauma in a certain extent.
