摘    要:系统地分析了以"合于使用"为原则的含缺陷压力容器安全评定的发展状况,介绍了国内外最新评定标准的研究成果以及我国标准的优势与不足;对模糊理论、概率断裂力学、风险评估、人工神经网络和专家系统等新技术在压力容器缺陷评定中的应用进行了评述,并展望了含缺陷压力容器安全评定的发展趋势。

Abstract:This paper makes a systematic analysis on the development of the safety assessment of pressure vessels containing defects based on " Fitness for Service " Principle.It introduces the research results of the latest assessment criteria both at home and abroad.It points out the advantages and disadvantages of China’s assessment criteria.The paper reviews the application of new technologies including fuzzy theory,probabilistic fracture mechanics,risk assessment,artificial neural network and expert system in the assessment of pressure vessels containing defects.It forecasts the development trend of safety assessment of pressure vessels containing defects as well.
