伊朗ARAK项目RCD反应器现场组焊实施方案

在伊朗SHANZANDARAK炼油厂扩建和产品升级项目中，由中国石化工程建设公司（SEI）设计、中国第一重型机械股份公司和意大利BLLELI公司按照ASME标准建造的10台RCD反应器，由于受伊朗境内运输条件限制，需要在现场进行组焊。在现场组焊工作中，采用先进的现场组焊技术，严格控制现场组焊中地面施工、装配、焊接、热处理、无损检测、压力试验、液压顶升等环节，确保了产品质量，保证了产品安全，为下一步扩大国际市场的占有率积累了宝贵经验，进一步提高了SEI在国外工程总承包的竞争力。

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR FIELD WELDING ASSEMBLY OF RCD REACTORS FOR ARAK PROJECT IN IRAN

In the RCD(Reduced Crude Desulfurization) unit of Arak Oil Refinery expansion and products upgrading project,there were ten reactors which were engineered by SEI and fabricated by both CFHI(China First Heavy Industries) and BLLELI in Italy according to ASME standards.Due to the transportation limitation in Iran,the reactors could not be shipped as a whole piece;therefore,field welding and assembly would have to be implemented.Advanced field welding and assembly technology was applied.The details of each link in this process including ground construction,assembly,welding,heat treatment,non-destructive tests,pressure tests,and hydraulic jack-up were strictly controlled to ensure the quality and safety of the product.This implementation of field welding and assembly was a precious experience and was helpful in acquiring more international market share and improving SEI’s competitiveness in international EPC projects.
