摘    要:介绍了炼油厂加氢装置中液力透平的应用场合及其典型数据和性能曲线,讨论了流量和压差等参数的定义原则、流程的配置、调节阀和安全阀的设置、机械结构形式和材料的选择、水力学计算、机械密封的选择、泵组的布置形式、自动控制和联锁等方面。重点比较了内壳体水平剖分和径向剖分两种形式的优缺点,并提出了工程设计中应注意的事项。

Abstract:This paper introduces the applications of hydraulic recovery turbine for hydro-processing unit in refinery as well as its typical operation parameter and performance curve.The philosophy to define design flowrate and differential pressure,the process flow design,the setting of control valve and pressure relief valve,mechanical configuration and material selection,hydraulic calculation,mechanical seal selection,the arrangement of pump train,and the control and interlock design are discussed.It specially makes a comparison between radial splitting and horizontal splitting for the inner casing of hydraulic turbine,and raises the points for attention in engineering design.
