摘    要:对加氢裂化炉过热蒸汽管焊接接头处发生的裂纹进行分析,通过管子材质分析、介质成分分析、微观组织结构分析,推断出焊接接头的开裂属于碳酸盐应力腐蚀开裂,分析了开裂原因,并提出了相应的改进对策。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the cracks in the welded joint of steam pipe resulting from overheating in hydrocracking furnace.Through material analysis of the pipe,media composition analysis and microstructure analysis,it is concluded that the cracks in the welded joint are caused by stress corrosion from carbonate.The paper also analyzes the reasons for the cracking and puts forward corresponding improving measures.
