空气管线失效原因分析及对策

摘    要:对空气管线失效部位及相邻管线的同型号管件取样,进行了宏观、渗透、测厚、硬度、铁素体含量、射线、光谱检测以及显微组织分析,分析对比了原管系与加支撑后管系的应力及变形,并对失效偏心异径管进行了有限元分析。综合技术分析得出了空气管线失效的原因,并提出了杜绝类似事故发生的建议和改进措施。

Abstract:On the basis of a series of experiments to sampling points from the failure site of air pipeline, such as macro test, PT, thickness, hardness, ferrite, RT, spectroscopy and microstructure analysis, in addition to this, to compare the existing pipe system to that with support about stress and deformation, and finite element analysis on the failure eccentric reducer, this paper found out that the reasons on failure of air pipeline. Feasible measures are taken to stop similar accident.
