汽轮机驱动系统设计及其工程应用

摘    要:以武汉800kt/a乙烯工程第一循环水场的循环水泵驱动的汽轮机系统设计为例,介绍了汽轮机的工艺参数、性能指标及主要的设计要求和安装方式;对比了背压式和凝汽式两种汽轮机的优劣;提出了利用小功率单级背压式汽轮机取代传统电机驱动,节省了装置用电,降低了工厂的综合能耗。

Abstract:The design of steam turbine system driven by circulating pump in the No.1 circulating water field in Wuhan 800kt/a ethylene project is taken an example to introduce the process parameters,performance,main design requirements and installation requirements of steam turbine.The advantages and disadvantages of back pressure steam turbine and condensing steam turbine are compared,and low-power single-stage back pressure steam turbine is used instead of the traditional motor driver,so as to reduce the power consumption of unit and the overall energy consumption of the plant.
