摘    要:长北天然气合作开发区块,是中国石油天然气股份公司与壳牌(中国)勘探与生产有限公司的天然气合作开发区块。为提高整体开发效率,加快长北合作气田产建进程,从2005年开始了在长北合作区块的开发。在钻井工艺方面,提出了应用大位移双分支水平井开发的思路,根据工艺技术要求,进行了包括井身结构优化、泥浆体系优选、钻头优化、钻具组合优选等多方面的配套技术研究,形成了成熟的"八大特色钻井工艺技术"。通过钻井实践表明,应用该项技术,与常规钻井相比较,气井开发效率可以得到大幅度提高,是提高产建速度、缩短产建周期的有效途径。

Abstract:Changbei project is a cooperation project between Petrochina and Shell(China) company. For improving efficiency of development and shorten process of gas production. It begins from 2005 up to develop. In technique and technology aspect of drilling well, applied the extended reach dual-lateral horizontal drilling technologies. According to the request of drilling, carried out research including optimization of wellbore scheme, drilling mud, bit selection and bottom hole assembly etc. Come into being eight major specific drilling technologies. It is proved that the drilling technologies can improve efficiency of gas well development, speed of gas production and shorten drilling days.
