摘    要:针对金属斜角切削过程的数值模拟分析,为方便和快捷地对刀具-工件系统进行三维建模,介绍了刀具-工件的参数化几何建模的关键技术及其过程。通过建立刀具、工件的参数化模型并分别选用了合适的造型方式,应用数据库技术,采用C Builder软件完成了接口设计;在给定刀具的结构尺寸、几何角度和工件的几何尺寸以及刀具与工件的相对位置后,即可生成三维建模的过程文件,并在Marc软件环境中完成刀具-工件的三维几何建模。这样,为进一步斜角切削过程的数值模拟创造了条件。

Abstract:Aiming at the numerical simulation of the metal oblique cutting process,so as to make 3D modeling convenient and rapid,modeling technique and procedure was introduced in the paper.Firstly the model of the tool and workpiece were given,and modeling styles was also chosen.Then the interface was finished by using C Builder,with the help of database technique.After giving the parameters of the structure and geometry of the tool while giving the workpiece dimension and relative position between them,procedure file was made and 3D modeling could be done in Marc environment.So it provided the basis for numerical simulation on metal oblique cutting process.
