| 摘 要： | 奥运会后，首都城市建设进入一个新的阶段，为了实现北京市2020年总体规划的目标，贯彻“人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京”战略，应该构建统一的首都城市规划平台．通过对首都城市规划平台）定义和构建原则的探讨，建立了首都城市规划平台的系统框架；在对各部分功能分析的基础上。总结了首都城市规划平台的建设现状，并提出完善首都城市规划平台建设的思路．

| Abstract: | After Beijing Olympic Games, Beijing＇s urban development is coming to a new phase. In order to accomplish the Beijing＇s 2010 Urban Planning Objects and carry out the strategy of Human Beijing, Technology Beijing and Green Beijing, an unitive Beijing Urban Planning Platform （Beijing Urban Planning Platform, BUPP） should be established. In the article, the conception and establishment principles of BUPP are defined, and the system framework of the platform is set up. Then, based on the analysis of function of BUPP, the present situation is summarized and the measures of establishment of BUPP is put forward. |
