钢琴智能物流包装系统设计

摘    要:目的提供一种更加安全、可靠、便捷的钢琴智能运输包装系统,并对钢琴运输过程中影响其品质的关键因素进行实时监控。方法通过将快装箱设计、物联网技术、传感器技术等引入传统钢琴物流包装中,设计一种新型钢琴智能物流包装系统,主要包括物流包装模块和智能物联模块。结果设计的钢琴智能物流包装系统不仅可提供更优的物流包装保护、更高效的物流效率,而且可实现对包装件的实时监控,实时监测钢琴的倾倒和振动信息,并且可实现对钢琴质量信息的全面溯源。结论该系统可为钢琴销售提供更加安全的运输包装保护及信息支持。

Abstract:The work aims to provide a more secure, reliable and convenient intelligent transport packaging system for piano, and to realize the real-time monitoring of the key factors which affect the quality of the piano in the transportation process. By introducing the quick-loading box design, internet of things technology and sensor technology, etc. into the traditional piano logistics packaging, a new piano intelligent logistics packaging system was designed, mainly including the logistics packaging module and intelligent connection of things module. The designed piano intelligent logistics packaging system could not only provide a better logistics package protection and a more efficient logistics, but also could realize the real-time monitoring of the packaging pieces, the real-time monitoring of the toppling and vibration information of the piano, and achieve a comprehensive trace to the source of information on the quality of the piano. The system can provide more secure transport package protection and information support for piano sales.
