历史性校园的价值及其保护——以东南大学、南京大学、南京师范大学老校区为例

坐落于六朝古都南京的东南大学、南京大学、南京师范大学老校区,历史悠久,她们均源于中国20世纪初期创办的国立中央大学、私立金陵大学和私立金陵女子大学,可谓是一脉相承。三个老校区严谨精致的空间格局、富有特色的建筑风格和浓郁的人文气息,堪称中国近现代校园规划的杰出代表,是中国近现代建筑史上重要的文化遗产。本文简述了三个老校区发展演变的历史沿革,剖析了老校区空间格局的形态特征与重要价值,最后从城市文化遗产保护和城市规划设计角度,围绕如何进行老校区空间格局的整体保护与发展,提出战略性规划建议。

VALUE AND PROTECTION OF HISTORIC CAMPUS WITH THREE OLD CAMPUSES IN NANJING AS CASES

Possessing a long history, the old cam- pus of Southeast University, Nanjing University as well as Nanjing Normal University, all locate in Nanjing, which is known as the capital of six dynas- ties in Chinese history. These three universities keep up a long and lasting tradition, and they originated from National Central University, Private Jinling University and Private Jinling Women’s University which were set up in the initial period of 20th century. Characterized by their precise and delicate spatial arrangement, unique and outstanding architecture style together with their historic and cultural ambience, the three old campuses are dubbed as brilliant represen- tatives of campus planning and important cultural heritage in the history of architecture in modern China.This paper briefly introduces the historical evolution and development of the three original campuses. It also analyzes the features and value of their spatial form. In the end, from the point view of cultural heri- tage protection and city planning, and by focusing on how to protect and develop the spatial arrangement of original campus as a whole, it puts forward some suggestions.
