| 摘 要： | 介绍了电子设备、精密仪器可能遭受感应雷击的几种形式。提出了把屏蔽线两端接地或把屏蔽线一端接地，金属包层两端接地的方法对系统防雷很有效果，但根本解决轩的办法是使用信号防雷器。

| Abstract: | The effect of Al-2O-3 dosing into ZnO semiconductive material on its volt ampere characteristics is studied. The variation of its electrical properties caused by ingress of Al+ 3+ into zinc oxide lattice is described. It is proved that Al-2O-3 dosing is essential for ZnO non linear varistors. A brief theoretical analysis is made. |
