浅议影响阀控式铅酸蓄电池使用寿命的因素

由于阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池本身具有的优点，目前已普遍应用于电力系统中，传统的防酸隔爆蓄电池已遭淘汰，但是，从应用情况来看，阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命并不长，完全没有达到标准要求，其中原因，和使用方法不正确有关，为此，强调阀控式铅酸蓄电池的使用与维护有别于其它蓄电池，必须掌握和控制好阀控式铅酸蓄电池的均衡充电、环境温度等因素，此外，还需经常巡视、检查、记录电池的运行情况。

Factors influencing service life of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries

Valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA)batteries are widely used in power system due to their outstanding advantages,and conventional anti-acid flame-proof batteries are falling into disuse.From what is revealed in application,however,the actual service life of VRLA batteries is far shorter than the stipulated life in relevant standards,which is partly caused by incorrect method of application.In this paper,it is stressed that factors such as equalizing charge and ambient temperature for VRLA batteries should be properly controlled,and the operation of VRLA batteries should be inspected, checked and recorded frequently.
