快吸收铬鞣剂清洁铬鞣技术

该清洁铬鞣技术使裸皮呈适度空松状态,提高裸皮的吸收容量,使高浓度铬鞣剂均匀扩散,被皮快速吸收。在皮内存在保护剂的条件下,高碱度铬鞣剂逐渐水解,高pH裸皮在皮内自动调碱,使铬鞣剂与裸皮缓和均匀地牢固结合。再气态加温,提高鞣效,完成鞣制,达到铬鞣革质量要求,并且铬鞣结束和静置时,无废水流出。鞣后加工含铬废水回收,第二次利用,使废水达标排放。使用现有设备常用材料,不增加成本,不增加投资也能解决制革铬鞣废水污染,实现清洁铬鞣。

A Clean Technology for Fast Absorption of Chrome Tanning Agents

A clean chrome tanning technology,which makes the pelt a moderate hollow and loose state to improve the absorption capacity and then the high concentration of chrome tanning agent will spread evenly and absorb quickly,is developed.In the presence of a protective agent inside the pelt,the high basicity of chrome tanning agent hydrolyzes gradually,alkalizes automatically and is bound tightly to collagen within the high pH pelt.A gas heating method is made to improve the tanning efficiency and fulfill quality requirements of chrome tanned leather.There is no wastewater discharge after the chrome tanning,and no more investment and cost will be increased when utilizing this clean chrome tanning technology.
