汽车电动助力转向系统试验台设计

摘    要:为对汽车电动助力转向系统工作性能进行研究,在对其结构原理进行分析的基础上,搭建电动助力转向试验台。系统采用电动机、扭矩传感器、汽车转向系统搭建硬件环境,应用Labview和研华数据采集卡编写相关测试系统,完成数据采集,信号分析和信号控制等功能。该系统通过采集分析EPS电机电流、EPS扭矩、电动机输入输出扭矩等数据,对EPS的性能及控制策略进行全面分析,提高EPS的开发效率和质量。实验结果表明该试验台测试系统性能良好。

Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of automobile electric power steering system,the test bench is set based on analyzing its structural principle.The system hardware includes the motors,torque sensors and the automobile steering system,and the test system is developed in LabVIEW using the Advantech data acquisition card.The basic functions include data acquisition,signal analysis and signal control.In this system,through the EPS motor current,EPS torque,the motor input and output torque data are acquainted,the EPS control strategy performance is analyzed,the development efficiency and quality of EPS is improved.The bench test system is proved to be effective.
