| Abstract: | Fiber Bragg grating fire alarming system sensitive to temperature is a new system which adopts non-electric detection and optical transmission.It’s very suitable for the early warning of fire and explosion prevention in petroleum tank areas where the requirements for fire and explosion prevention are very high.This paper mainly introduces the basic principles of fiber Bragg grating temperature sensing and analyzes the form and operating principles of fiber Bragg grating fire alarming system.It introduces the main characteristics of the system in detail and expounds the application of this alarming system to petroleum tank. |
