摘    要:应用小井眼开窗侧钻技术是降低钻井综合成本,提高原油产量的重要途径之一。针对在小井眼开窗侧钻井固井过程中存在的主要技术难题进行了研究,并在吐哈、中原、胜利、辽河等油田的现场应用中取得了成功。应用效果证明,该技术所制定的固井工艺方案合理,适用性强,设计开发的?101.6mm及?88.9mm系列尾管固井工具可靠性好,适用范围广,解决了小井眼开窗侧钻技术发展面临的主要技术难题,提高了固井质量,降低了钻井成本,具有较好的应用推广价值。

Abstract:Slim hole sidetracking and window milling technology is one of the effective ways to cut down the comprehensive drilling cost and improve oil production rate.This paper focuses on the technical difficulties of completion and cementing in the slim hole,and some corresponding technologies were proposed for solving these problems.These technologies were field used in over ten wells in such oilfields as Tuha,Zhongyuan,and Liaohe,with satisfactory results obtained.The cementing program designed based on these technologies was proved to be advanced and suitable for field operation,and the ?101.6mm and ?88.9mm series liners were more reliable and applicable.At the same time,these technologies have improved the cementing quality and cut down the drilling cost.
