基于层次分析法的电力客户信用风险评价

摘    要:供电企业面临电力客户失信带来的经营风险。为规避客户信用风险,要求建立客户信用管理体系,综合评价客户信用风险。研究给出了电力客户信用风险评价指标体系,同时,阐述了运用层次分析法为信用风险指标进行赋权的方法,并进行了实例分析。实践表明,所建立的指标体系及指标的赋权方法能为供电企业进行客户风险管理提供理论与实践上的借鉴。

Abstract:Power supply enterprise faces the business risk caused by the electricity customers who break their promise on the supply contract.In order to avoid customer credit risks,power supply enterprise should set up customer credit management system and synthetically appraisal customer's credit risks.This paper analyses the factors that influence electricity customer's credit lever,and provides the electricity customer's credit risks evaluation index system.Meanwhile this paper introduces the principle of the hiberarchy analysis method to weigh the credit risks index.At last a case analysis is given.The practice shows the system and method can provide theory and practice value for customer risk management.
