| 摘 要： | 质量管理在企业管理中起着十分重要的作用。质量管理中的统计技术主要包括抽样检验、统计过程控制和实验设计。由于统计过程控制中的控制图可以有效地监控生产过程，因而被广泛使用考虑到古典Ｓｈｅｗａｒｔｓ控制图的某些缺陷，介绍指数加权滑动平均控制图，同时介绍了控制图的设计方法及其现状。

| Abstract: | Statistical technology of the quality management, including sampling inspection(SI),statistical process control(SPC) and design Of experiment(DOE), plays a very important role in companymanagement. Due to the effective monitor of production process, the control charts in SPC have been widely used. Considering the shortcomings of the classical Shewarts-control charts, the designing method andresearch situation Of the exponential Weighted Moving Average Control Charts are discussed in this paper as well. |
